It always seems like I need a new hobby every spring, and for this one I decided to try my hand at Artisan Breads. So far I'm liking the results, though there is usually not any evidence left over lol.
My first country no knead loaf, it was good, but thought to myself if I'm gonna do this what's 15 minutes of hand kneading? So that is how I did all future loaves.
These were hand knead country loaves, real tasty but still something was missing...about that time my Sourdough starter matured!
First two sourdough loaves, they were delicious!
Next two loaves I'm on a roll now!
